    Happy to share REACHA has released Skill Gap Study for State of Uttarakhand in Collaboration with SETU Aayog , and Department of Skill Development and Employment, Government of Uttarakhand Officially. The exhaustive effort covers the entire state of Uttarakhand. It presents the focus and priority area for the state for Skilling through Primary and Secondary Research.

  • IIFL (India Infoline Group) supported and REACHA implemented intervention in Manipur -

    16th June 2026 - is a significant and memorable day at the IIFL Foundation REACHA centre in Manipur as we proudly achieved the milestone of 100 placements. This accomplishment reflects the collective dedication, hard work, and commitment of the entire team with the support and guidance from the Assam Rifles. During the event, REACHA Team presented a deck highlighting the achievements of the trainees and providing an overview of their placement details. The presentation showcased the progress and success stories that contributed to this remarkable milestone. Brig. Robeen Chatterjee (Assam Rifles), along with his colleagues from the 26 Sector Assam Rifles, attended the occasion. He congratulated the team on reaching this important achievement and expressed his appreciation to the team for the continued efforts. He also encouraged everyone to maintain the same spirit and commitment as they move forward toward even greater success. A cake-cutting ceremony was also held to commemorate this achievement, adding to the celebratory spirit of the occasion.

    Haryana Team visiting all centers in Rajasthan. Team strongly believes in cross learning and sharing of best practices. Insights that come from one state can surely strengthen the project and ground level operations of another state! Team work is the dream work!

  • REACHA HQ Team visited IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported Kashmir Projects - Kupwara and Baramulla Training centers.

    IIFL Foundation Kupwara Center is focusing on Chef Trade. This is one of its kind training insititute in the entire area of Aspirational District - Kupwara. Through this market aligned intervention, trainees are getting an opportunity to get upskilled and get ready in line with market requirements. IIFL Baramulla Center in collaboration with Indian Army at Chinar Yuva, Baramulla. Team is implementing Beauty and Wellness Training program under Army's guidance. Baramulla is also an Aspirational District, and at both the centers trainees come from near border areas of North Kashmir.

  • 9th June 2026 - Uri, Kashmir

    9th June 2026 - The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported Fashion Designing (Weaving) and Chef Bakery Trainings running right at the border at Chinar Uri in collaboration and under guidance of Indian Army. New Batches for the year have started. REACHA HQ Delhi Team visited and interacted with Army and trainees.

  • 5th June 2026 - World Environment Day

    Glimpse from UP - Community was encouraged to actively participate in tree plantation under the campaign “ Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 3.0” initiated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister. Kashmir - On this occasion, participants took a pledge to protect and preserve the environment and to support Beti Bachao Beti Padhao by ensuring the safety, education, and empowerment of girls. Heartfelt tribute was paid to the late Founder of REACHA, Shri JC Pant, acknowledging his remarkable contribution to environmental conservation and sustainable development.

  • Team is closely working with District Administrations Pan India to strengthen interventions at remote and tough terrains in India.

    Entire goal is to closely collaborate with the system, take their guidance and reach out to the last person in the community in alignmnet with the government mandate so that maximum benefit can reach the community members.   • IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported and REACHA implemented - Front Office Training Program has commenced at Udaipur, Rajasthan.

    The trainees are undergoing industry aligned curriculum. The program aims to empower the local youth of Udaipur, Rajasthan and get them ready as per market standards for the High Demand - Hopsitality Sector of Udaipur!

  • India CSR and Sustainability Award 2026 for Transformative Digital Empowerment & Rural Entrepreneurship

    29.5.2026 - Nokia Smartpur has been awarded the India CSR and Sustainability Award 2026 for Transformative Digital Empowerment & Rural Entrepreneurship. The team at REACHA continues to stay dedicated to reaching the last mile, to strengthen the last person in community. Team is currently implementing Smartpur across 205 panchayats Pan India.

  • Andhra Pradesh

    Andhra Pradesh - As part of the Smartpur Project implemented by REACHA with support of Nokia, an awareness and training program on Livestock Care during summer was conducted. Animal Husbandry Department, Additional Director - Govardhan Reddy attended as the chief guest and advised farmers to provide sufficient fodder and drinking water to cattle during the intense summer season. He also explained the diseases affecting livestock in summer and the necessary preventive measures. Around 44 villagers, farmers, attended the training. During summer, livestock commonly suffer from these diseases and health problems: 1.Heat Stroke – Caused by excessive heat and high temperatures. 2.Dehydration – Due to lack of sufficient drinking water. 3.Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) – A contagious viral disease affecting cattle, sheep, and goats. 4.Mastitis – Infection and inflammation in the udder of dairy animals. 5. Skin Diseases – Skin infections caused by heat, sweating, and poor hygiene. 6.Tick and Fly-borne Diseases – Diseases spread by ticks, flies, and mosquitoes during hot weather. 7.Digestive Disorders – Problems like indigestion, bloating, and diarrhoea caused by spoiled feed or lack of water. 8.Respiratory Infections – Breathing-related infections due to hot and humid conditions. 9.Parasitic Diseases – Internal and external parasite infections increase during summer. 10.Fever and Weakness – Common due to heat stress and dehydration.
