Week of 27th July 2026 - IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Supported Industry aligned Training for Front Office and Homestay Host has started in Dimapur, Nagaland. Team is collaborating with Assam Rifles, and relevant government departments to strengthen the efforts. Mobilization efforts are also parallelly underway to strengthen the outreach and momentum of the training.

Smartpur Stakeholder Orientation Workshop Venue: Zila Panchayat Sabha Grah, Rajgarh The workshop was inaugurated by Mr. Icchit Gadpale (IAS), Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Rajgarh, in the presence of Mr. Arpit Gupta (IAS), Additional CEO, Zila Panchayat. More than 111 participants (30+ women and 81+ men) attended the workshop, including officials from MP Online, Employment, Labour, India Post, Horticulture, RSETI, District Backward Class & Minority Welfare Department, Labour Inspectorate, Gram Rozgar Sahayaks, Panchayat Secretaries, PRI members, and representatives from all 14 Smartpur Gram Panchayats. During the workshop, the Smartpur team presented the project's vision, and future roadmap, highlighting interventions in Digital Inclusion, Education, Livelihood Promotion, Financial Inclusion, Governance & Social Protection, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

Government Stakeholders, Community Members, PRI members and REACHA Smartpur team came together to share learning and experiences from implementation of Smartpur at 10 Panchayats in Dhemaji, Assam at KVK, Dhemaji. Team continues to work with the community members in the last mile, with support of Nokia, and with guidance of government departments.

On 6th July 2026, trainees from IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Supported Front Office and F&B Training had the opportunity to interact with the Hon'ble Home Minister of Manipur during his visit to the Headquarters, 26 Sector Assam Rifles. During the visit, he took time and visited IIFL Foundation Supported and REACHA implemented Training Center at Assam Rifles. He encouraged the trainees to stay dedicated to their goals and contribute towards building a peaceful and progressive community.

The Nokia Smartpur Project Insights Workshop on 20 July 2026 at the Zilla Parishad Hall, Ahilyanagar. The workshop was inaugurated by Hon. Dr. Anand Bhandari (IAS), Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar. The programme was graced by Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Ahilyanagar, along with Sarpanches, Gram Vikas Officers, Gram Sevaks, Centre Facilitators (CFs), Community Mobilizers, local citizens, and officials from various government departments. The workshop focused on stakeholder collaboration, project orientation, for the successful implementation of 15 Smartpur Centres in 15 Panchayats of Ahilyanagar district in Maharashtra. The team is committed to taking the program to the last mile and connect the unconnected with Government Schemes and strengthen them.

We are proud to share the positive impactful journey of FY 2025–26 at the Genpact Skill BRIDGE Lucknow, UP Centre. During the financial year FY 2025-26 the team successfully trained 200 youth, from underserved and from economically weaker section of the society, in IT upskilling and employability skills in line with NIELIT aligned curriculum, and out of these 134 youth have been successfully placed/self employed in organizations across sectors such as MNCs, BPOs, Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, and other service industries. Along with industry-relevant training, students received NIELIT certification - country's premier Institution for examination and certification in the field of Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT). What makes this journey truly special is that it began with door-to-door community mobilization, where our team reached out to youth and families, created awareness about the program, conducted counselling sessions, and motivated youth to pursue career-oriented training. The successful execution of this initiative was made possible with the valuable guidance and support of the Genpact CSR Team, Ms. Neha Prakash, IAS - Director, Employment for Government of Uttar Pradesh, and Mr. P. K. Pundir, Additional Director of Employment Director, who supported the program at every stage, from Rozgar Sangam initiatives to employment portal facilitation, placement support, and encouraging and motivating the trainees. Another Highlight of the year was continuous support from Genpact Volunteers, who on a continuous basis came to the Skill BRIDGE Center and imparted Industry aligned sessions for the youth. The trainees also got an opportunity to visit the Genpact Office in Lucknow, to get a first hand experience of how an industry set up looks like. Trainees of Genpact Skill BRIDGE Program were recognized and awarded their Job Offer Letters by Honorable - Cabinet Minister for Labour and Employment, Uttar Pradesh - Shri Anil Rajbhar Ji in the presence of - Principal Secretary, Dept of Labour and Employment, Dr. M.K. Shanmuga Sundaram, IAS, Director, Employment, Mrs. Neha Prakash, IAS, Secretary, BoCW, Ms. Pooja Yadav, IAS, Additional Labour Commissioner, Ms. Saumya Pandey, Additional Director, Employment, PK Pundir on 30th March 2026 at Employment Department Office in Lucknow UP. Skill BRIDGE effort is about transforming aspirations into opportunities and creating a meaningful impact in the lives of young people across the community. We remain committed to expanding this impact and enabling many more youth to become skilled, confident, and employable in the years ahead.

Nashik Igatpuri Honorable MLA Shri Hiraman Khoskar, Assistant Commissioner Horticulture, BDOs, Head RSETI, Women & Child Development department, officials from NRLM, MSRLM, Bank of Maharashtra, were present at the Maharashtra Impact Event at Nashik Zilla Parishad Office. The community members and Center Facilitators came and shared their learning experiences. The efforts are focused towards strengthening the community members and also strengthening village level entrepreneurs as part of our efforts.

Project Impact Sharing and Capacity Building Workshop was successfully organized at Dungarpur, Rajasthan. A total of 108 participants attended the workshop. The workshop witnessed active participation from key Government departments, including Mr. Kamal Kishor Paliwal (Director, RSETI), Mr. Tushar Vyas (Financial Literacy Counselor), Smt. Bhagwati Baranda (AO, Agriculture Department), Mr. Jeevram Tabiyar (AO, Horticulture Department), Mr. Bhavik Suthar (CO, Scout & Guide), Mr. Prakash Gunjan (Former Education Officer), and Mr. Mehul Sharma (Department of Child Rights Representative). The departmental representatives shared valuable information on their respective government schemes and recent initiatives, benefiting PRIs, community members. Community Members and Government Departments came forward to share their experiences and highlighted the positive support and impact they have received through the Smartpur project.

The Smartpur – Impact & Insights: Annual Impact Event 2026, was held highlighting and sharing the programme’s two-year journey of promoting digital inclusion and rural development across Kashmir. Organized in collaboration with Department of Soicial Work, University of Kashmir, the event brought together 150 participants, 60 Government officals who we closely collaborate with for Smartpur from all 10 districts of Kashmir. The event was graced by the presence of - IAS Tawseef Ishaq, Professor Rehana Habib Kanth -Director Extension, SKUAST-Kashmir, Prof. Pervez Ahmed, Dean, School of Earth & Environmental Sciences, University of Kashmir, Prof. Shazia Manzoor, Head, Department of Social Work, University of Kashmir. The impact and insight event showed/dispalyed the collective power of multistakeholder collaboration that is being carried out in Kashmir through Smartpur through strenghthen the last mile. A Smartpur experiential zone was also created at the Univeristy Campus. Kashmir team is relentlessly at it, working dedicatedly with the last mile to strengthen them, and a big shoutout to them!
