29th July 2026 - The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported F&B and Housekeeping Training at Roshan Mustaqbil, Kupwara Kashmir in collaboration with Indian Army, and implemented by REACHA. 

Industry exposure visit was organized to Hotel Heevan Retreat, Gulmarg for 39 trainees from the Food & Beverage Service and Housekeeping trades. During the visit, trainees gained practical exposure to the four major hospitality departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and Food Production. They observed hotel operations, professional grooming standards, guest service, teamwork, and departmental coordination.

The trainers also interacted with Mr. Imran, General Manager (GM), Hotel Heevan Retreat, strengthening industry collaboration and creating future employment prospects.
