Genpact  supported Skill BRIDGE Training Center  NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT)  conducted assessment for the Trainees at the center on 14/10/2025. NIELIT is one of country's premier Institution for examination and certification in the field of Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT). Glimpses from the center.

SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India)  supported Project Training in Bamboo Crafting for Batch 2 students in collaboration with  Assam Rifles . The local youth is coming forward and engaginga acvtiely in this training.

Orientation and inauguration program of Batch 2 for the Bamboo Crafting Upskilling Program in Nagaland, supported by  SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India) and Assam Rifles. The program aims to empower the youth of Chakabama, Kezoma, and Kikroma villages by providing them with the skills to create their own enterprises in Bamboo Crafting. Through this initiative, we will be providing training to the participants, enabling them to start their own ventures and become self-employed. This program has the potential to make a significant impact on the lives of the local youth, and we are excited to be a part of it.

Glimpses from the Imperial Auto Factories and IAI-REACHA Training Center.  Orientation of students taken by HR Team of Factories.  Students are getting On Job Training at Imperial Auto and are getting market ready.  Session on - The 5S principle; It is a foundational lean manufacturing methodology used in auto factories to create an organized, efficient, and safe workplace.

The trainees are from 1st Batch of FY 2025-26 -  1) Nang Sujanti Makat from Namsai District 2) Nang Sunayi Longking from Namsai District  3) Mare Mili from Roing, Dibang Valley District Tezu, located in Arunachal Pradesh, is a near border town. Through IIFL Foundation's support the youth in northeast are getting opportunities to gain livelihood opportunities.  These young trainees are ready to start their journeys.  They underwent THSC aligned training curriulum.

M&E visit by  REACHA  HQ team to Uri, Kashmir.  The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)  supported Fashion Designing (Weaving) and Chef Bakery Training Prgrams are underway at the Chinar Nau Jawan Club, Uri. Below is a glimpse of the Center.  This is a near border location where through IHCL's support under guidance of Indian Army, the youth are getting trained and upskilled. Project team is working relentelssly and reaching out to youth in local communities through mobilization efforts.  At REACHA, we are grateful to IHCL and Indian Amry for giving us this opportunity to be able to work with youth at Uri, Kashmir and strengthen the youth and our country.

REACHA  HQ team on a Monitoring and Evaluation Visit at  Chinar Nau Jawan Club Boniyar .  The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)  CSR supported F&B and Chef Training Programs are running at the Chinar Center in collaboration with  Tata STRIVE  under guidance of  Indian Army  - entire goal being to upskill and empower the local youth of Kashmir, so they they can get trained for the market and are in a position to earn a livelihood for not only themselves but also their familes.  During M&E Visits, HQ Team interatcs with the Trainees, Project Team, Indian Army, Local Departments, Conducts learning assessments and notebook audits, and Compliance Checks.

Mr.  Aniket Tiwari  representative of Directorate of Employment -  Rojgaar Sangam  visited training center, and interatcted with trainees on -  1) Uttar Pradesh Rozgar Portal  2) How to Access the same  3) How the Employmnet Department Functions  4) Applying for Opportunities  Mr Aniket motivated and encouraged the students to be proactive when it comes to career, and told them to keep learning and keep pushing!

SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India)  supported project in Lohit District, Arunachal Pradesh  Working Towards training and Upskilling farmers and towards enterprise development of Oranges.

In an attempt to work towards Orange Revival, Orange Farming Training and Enterprise Development, SIDBI has started a social impact initiative - Guidance for Youth for Furtherance of Vocation through Enterprise Development Project implemented by Delhi Based REACHA Organization at Lohit Arunachal Pradesh. SIDBI Officer from Itanagar Shri Tumu Vijay visited the training centre in Bekhuliang to interact with the trainees, master trainer and REACHA Team members.  The day was filled with interactions with community members of Bekhuliang. Community Members came forward and shared their stories and experiences that they have had so far under the SIDBI supported Project. Mr. Vijay from SIDBI highlighted the importance of the initiative. He appreciated the efforts and shared that project is aimed towards the Revival of Orange; Revival of life. He briefed about SIDBI’s work pan India, and various ways by which farmers could come together to form enterprises. SIDBI and REACHA encouraged the farmers to truly devote time in orange cultivation and encouraged that everyone can become a good Orange farmer and an entrepreneur. All should have a good heart, be practical, work hard and be patient.

SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India)  supported Enterprise Development Project in collaboration with  Assam Rifles .  M&E Visit by SIDBI Team - Mr. Vikram to project location in Kohima.  Interaction with the Project Team  Visiting Training Location - Kezotown, Kohima  Interaction with Trainees, Village Presidents and Assam Rifles  Mr Vikram was presented with the in House Bamboo Crafting Training Module that the team has developed The team looks forward to continue to work towards Bamboo Crafting and Enterprise Development communities of Nagaland.

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)  supported AC Tecnician / Electrician Upskilling Program, Uttarakhand - REACHA  HQ was on field from 9 Sep 2025 onwards in Dehradun and Haldwani for the project orientation. The team soft-launched the project at Government ITI Vikasnagar and Government ITI Kalsi, Dehradun, on 10th September 2025. During the launch, principals, faculty, and students of both ITIs were briefed about the programme, the IHCL initiative, and its future benefits for them. The team will be collaborating with  Department of Skill Development and Employment Uttarakhand  to take the program forward in the state.
