REACHA HQ team on a Monitoring and Evaluation Visit at Chinar Nau Jawan Club Boniyar. The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) CSR supported F&B and Chef Training Programs are running at the Chinar Center in collaboration with Tata STRIVE under guidance of Indian Army - entire goal being to upskill and empower the local youth of Kashmir, so they they can get trained for the market and are in a position to earn a livelihood for not only themselves but also their familes. 

During M&E Visits, HQ Team interatcs with the Trainees, Project Team, Indian Army, Local Departments, Conducts learning assessments and notebook audits, and Compliance Checks.
