  • 27.2.2026 - Interaction with CEO - Mr Nikhil Pant.

    Today trainees and team members of all projects from Pan India - Kashmir, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Lucknow, Faridabad along with all REACHA team pan India came together for an interaction with Mr. Nikhil.  The trainees from all locations shared what they have been learning at the training centers, their vision - what they want to become in next 5 and 10 years. Each trainee is noting down their stories as part of training.  REACHA team is dedicated and is closely working with trainees and community members to ensure that we reach the last mile and are able to genuinely create an impact in their lives!

  • 24.2.2026 - Introducing Nokia Smartpur in Uttarakhand.

    Today in the presence of Shri  Raj Shekhar Joshi  Sir - Vice Chairman,  SETU Aayog ,  Government of Uttarakhand  and  Dr.Bhavna Shinde  - SETU Aayog, the team inagurated Nokia Smartpur in Uttarakhand. Honorable VC, Setu Aayog inagurated - new Smartpur Centre at Naudha Gram Panchayat, Kotabag, Nainital. We are grateful for this collaboration to strengthen communities of Nanital and Haridwar Districts.

  • 21st February 2026 -

    Genpact  supported Skill Bridge Program - Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh  Our CEO  Nikhil Pant  made a field visit to the center where he interacted with all the trainees of our batches 5 and 6. The entire goal of team REACHA has been to work consistently with the youth of Uttar Pradesh to guide and motivate them so that they can be ready in line with the market requirements. The team takes journey of every trainee seriously, as each trainee has their own story and joruney.  We are also grateful to support of  Employment and Training Department Uttar Pradesh  and guidance of  Neha Prakash  Ma'am to strengthen the initiative.

  • Introducing Nokia Smartpur to Tamil Nadu!

  • Completion Certification Ceremony for our Trainees from IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Supported Programs -

    1) IIFL Kupwara Hospitality - Chef Training (in collaboration with Indian Army) 2) IIFL Homestay Host - Tezu (in collaboration with NCC) Course curriculum and assessment are done as per market standards -  Tata STRIVE .  Through IIFL Foundation's support we are able to take market aligned training along with placement and market linkages to youth who are located in far off areas of Kupwara, Kashmir (North most India), and Tezu, Arunchal Pradesh (North east India).

  • Our Trainees at IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported Front Office and Homestay Host Training Programs at Pallel, Manipur with guidance and support of Assam Rifles.

    Tata STRIVE  is the assessment and certification partner. As part of the training program - post the focus the entire focus becomes on market linkages for our trainees.  Today a group of our trainees had interview with the Le Meridian Navi Mumbai.  The real journey starts/continues post the training as well. Our Manipur team is at it with the traininees with full dedciation and committment to ensure that they are not only getting skilled / learning new concepts of hospitality industry but also are in a position to generate livelihood for themselves and also support their families!

  • 17th February 2026 - Uttarakhand Skill Gap Analysis - Department and Industry Consultation Workshop organised by SETU Aayog and REACHA at Setu Aayog, Dehradun.

    The objective of this consultation workshop was to engage with leading department and industry representatives to gather sector-specific insights on current employment trends, workforce composition, emerging job roles, and future skill requirements. Stay tuned for upcoming updates regarding the Skill Gap Study Uttarakhand!

  • Week of 16th February 2026 -

    Introducing  Nokia  Smartpur Project in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra. Extensive survey visit across the following blocks - Ahilya Nagar, Parner, Rahuri Block, Karjat and Jamkhed Block.  HQ team met with various stakeholders - Panchayat Committee Members, local community members as part of the survey.  Through Nokia Smartpur we aim to connect the unconnected and reach the last mile.  Extensive Focus Group Discussions were held with the community members.

  • 14.2.2026 - Genpact CSR supported UP Skill BRIDGE Training Program

    Industry Exposure Visit for the trainees to Genpact Lucknow Office.  The trainees first hand got to see how a corporate office looks like, interacted with Genpact Employees/Volunteers who guided and walked them through the industry experience. The visit helped the trainees to visualize how the market/office setup looks like for the first time, for which they are getting trained at the Center. Industry aligned training and assessment along with these exposure visits is enhacing their understanding!

  • 9th February 2026 - Chinar Boniyar - Kashmir

    Tata STRIVE  Aligned Curriculum and Assessment for the trainees at Boniyar.  Community members from the following areas come and attend the training - Tehsil – Boniyar, Navaw, Villages – Noorkha,Chandanwadi, Heeler Peemmiya, Challa, Nowshera, Bela Boniyar, Dumping Boniyar, Batengi, Gantamulla, Trikanjan, Bernate, Batengi, Warikha etc. (Interiors of J&K).  The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)  supported initiative at this remote and far flung area is giving an opportunity to the youth around here to get skilled in line with market requirements.  REACHA Boniyar team is at it constantly and ensuring that trainees are connected with market, by bringing in employers/opportunities to Chinar Boniyar.

  • Roshan Mustaqbil Kupwara Job Fair 2026

    Roshan Mustaqbil Kupwara  Job Fair 2026 was successfully organized with support of  Indian Army  and  The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)  , at Hajipur Army Goodwill School (HAGS), Kupwara, on 10 February 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The effort was implemented by  REACHA  on the ground. The job fair witnessed strong participation from the region, with 216 youth attending the event. A total of 16 recruiters participated, including 13 employers present in person and 3 recruiters who joined through online interaction. Despite heavy snowfall in the morning, which affected the planned flow of the event, the programme was executed efficiently and concluded on a highly positive note with active engagement from both recruiters and candidates. Students and staff from Boniyar, Baramulla, and Uri also attended the fair, ensuring wider regional representation and enhanced candidate outreach.  The job fair aimed to strengthen the placement ecosystem for trained youth, enable direct interaction between employers and candidates, and reinforce collaboration to build sustainable livelihood opportunities in the Kupwara region. The overall outcome reflected strong employer interest, enthusiastic youth participation, and effective stakeholder coordination, marking the event as a meaningful step toward workforce inclusion and regional development.
