    The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported Uttarakhand Youth Upskilling Program in collaboration with Department of Skill Development and Employment Uttarakhand. Extensive Follow up taken up from our trainees from ITIs of Haridwar and Dehradun - FY 2025-26. Our CEO also interacted with them to understand their stories and guided, counselled and motivated them towards market linakge opportunities.

  • 2nd July 2026 - Nokia Smartpur in Andhra Pradesh - Nellore and Tirupati Districts, implemented by REACHA.

    Team and all important stakeholders - Government departments, Academia, Community Members, Village Level Entrepreneurs came together at Dr Br Ambedkar Bhavan, Naidupeta, Tirupathi District, Andhra Pradesh to share about the deep work Smartpur has been generating through out the year at the Smartpur Annual Impact Workshop. Community members shared their case stories how Smartpur benefitted and strengthened their lives through its pillars - Goveranance, Livelihood, Education, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Health. Team also created a model Smartpur at the venue to show how a center to looks like for our guests from Government Departments - Mandal Development Office, Horticulture Department, RSETI etc.

    Glimpses from action from IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported Front Office Training Center at Udaipur, Rajasthan. Team under guidance of IIFL Foundation is imparting industry aligned training to the youth of Udaipur, so that they can be ready in line with the industry requirements.   • 10 years and counting at Chinar Yuva, Baramulla, Kashmir

    10 years and counting at Chinar Yuva, Baramulla, Kashmir through thick and thin - From where it all began for REACHA in 2016 in Kashmir under gudiance of Indian Army. REACHA will be partnering with Indian Army to bring IIFL Foundation supported Beauty and Wellness Training at Chinar Yuva, Baramulla this year. Team will also be bringing Martial Arts, Content Creation, Food Processing Self Help Group at the center with Indian Army. Team is grateful to Indian Army and remains committed to strengthening the communities of Kashmir and our country. Jai Hind!

    Team continuously brainstorms with larger project teams to strategize and tailor how to make our interventions more impactful, and how the reach of the same can increase the most. Goal always being to reach the last mile, and strengthen them. Glimpses of meetings and strategy building exercises from - Uttarkahand, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.

  • Uttarakhand Skill Gap Study in collaboration and guidance of SETU Aayog and Department of Skill Development and Employment Uttarakhand.

    The study offically commssioned to REACHA by SETU Aayog has been officially approved for the state. The goal is now to closely work with Government Departments, Corporates, and Academic to empower the youth of Uttarakhnad as per the priority sectors that have come up on the skill gap study report. Some glimpses from the intensive work, field work, brainstorming sessions that have gone in getting the study done!

    20th June 2026 - Event to celebrate Ex-Servicemen by Indian Army at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported Chinar Boniyar Center. Glimpses of how IHCL Supported trainees from Chef and Bakery Domains presented their products, and F&B Trainees hosted the officers at the club. The team remains committed to strengthening the youth of Baramulla and Kashmir, with support of IHCL under guidance of Indian Army.

  • 21.6.2026 - Team celebrated International Yoga Day Pan India.

    Some glimpses from - Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu Centers. "The entire nation, world, seems connected. This is the power of yoga. Yoga connects everyone, brings everyone together" "In India, from the Himalayas to the Indian Ocean, from the Northeast and Bengal in the east to Saurashtra in the west, the entire country seems to be filled with the energy of yoga." Yoga helps the body to become flexible and helps us to be calm and aware at all times! Any and every age group can take this up! Let us incorporate Yoga in our daily lives to make it more fitter, healthier and impactful!

  • Awareness Program with University of Kashmir

    18th June 2026 - Awareness Programme on Integrated Social Protection Schemes was conducted at Chattergul, Ganderbal, in collaboration with the Department of Social Work, University of Kashmir. The programme was specifically designed to reach the Scheduled Tribe population of the area and enhance their awareness of various government welfare and social protection schemes. Representatives from the Sankalp Hub for Women Empowerment, Ganderbal, J&K Bank RSETI, Lead Bank Ganderbal, and the Health Department participated as resource trainers. They provided valuable information on financial inclusion, livelihood opportunities, women’s empowerment, healthcare services, and other welfare initiatives aimed at improving the socio-economic well-being of the community. The programme witnessed active participation from local ICDS workers, community members, faculty members, students, and research scholars of the Department of Social Work, Kashmir University.
