IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported Front Office and Homestay Host Training in Dimapur in collaobration with Assam Rifles.

Exposure Visit at Hotel Lake Shilloi Dimapur, Nagaland - 

The trainees explored the F&B Department, learnt about meal preparation and understood how various departments work. 

The Front Office Department was covered in great deatil, including its functions and the importance of guest interactions and service. Trainees got a closer look at different room types through room tours and learned how to deal with different kinds of guests and their needs.

The visit also included an introduction to banquet and conference halls, giving the Trainees a broader understanding of the various operations within a hotel.
