The team with support of IHCL, and under guidance of Indian Army is actively working with the youth of Uri, Kashmir and getting them ready in line with market requirements.

Pithoragarh is a Himalayan town and a municipal corporation in Pithoragarh district, Kumaon division, Uttarakhand state, northern India. It is the largest hill town in Uttarakhand. Pithoragarh is an eastern border district in Uttarakhand that shares international borders with Nepal to the east and Tibet (China) to the north. We are happy to launch Industry Aligned AC Technician and allied trades supported by The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) at Pithoragarh. The effort comes under the support and collaboration with Department of Skill Development and Employment Uttarakhand.

1st October 2026 - IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Visit to Chinar Yuva for Beauty and Wellness Training Project implemented by REACHA under guidance and supervision of Indian Army. IIFL Foundation team interacted with trainees, and alumnis. The trainings are enabling the students to get ready in line with market requirements and start their professional / freelancing journeys in and around Baramulla (Aspirational District). REACHA stays committed to working with IIFL Foundation and tough and remote terrains Pan India.

IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Team visited the Hospitality (Chef Trade) Training Center in Aspirational District of Kupwara, Kashmir this week. The team intearacted with the trainees of the this year's batches. IIFL Foundation Team also interacted with alumni trainees of the program who are now working in the industry, and earning a livelihood for themselves and their families after getting industry aligned training and practical skills through the Center. The training is attended by youth who come from far and remote terrains to attend the classes here.

30.9.2026 - Run For Fun - organised by 15 Assam Regiment - Indian Army from Boniyar to Trikanjan (Border Area). Run for Awam and Jawan - Ek Hai Mukam. Happy to share that 30 our Trainees and our REACHA team members participated in the marathon this morning. Mohin Pathan a trainee from IHCL Boniyar Center, got third prize in the event today and was given the award by senior Army officials. The effort comes under promoting sports, resilience, peace and harmony at the border regions. At REACHA, the team strongly believes that Health, Fitness and Wellness are integral elements to lead a hollistic life and to discover our potential!

Jonai, Assam - Team presented our Late Founder - Shri JC Pant's Autobiography Book to Government Officials in Deep Terrains of Assam. A personal biographical and spiritual account detailing the author's close association and guidance under Gurudev Pandit Sriram Sharma Acharya from 1979 to 1990. It intertwines Founder's civil service career (IAS) with Acharya's life-affirmative spiritual philosophy leading upto creation of REACHA in 1992. Team remains committed to build upon the mission and values laid by him in 1992.

Had the opportunity to meet Shri Rajeev Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development, Government of West Bengal, regarding the upcoming Genpact SkillBridge - REACHA Inauguration Programme. Discussed the project brief, objectives and future prospects, along with extending an invitation for the inauguration. State Consultation Workshop on Scaling Integrated Smart Villages Center organized by SETU Aayog, in collaboration with the Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Uttarakhand. REACHA Smartpur team showcased and presented the work done under 14 Nokia Smartpur Centers across Haridwar and Nainital Districts. Team members from Kashmir and Jammu also presented the ground level insights and how Smartpur is strengtheing and connecting the unconnected at the last mile. The Center Facilitators - Village Level Entrepreneurs and Community Mobilizer from - Kashmir, Jammu and Uttarakhand presented the ground level insights. Based on the solid presentations made by them and the work done by them, they were also given token of appreciation by Honorable CEO of SETU Aayog - Shri Shatrughna Singh Sir. Team members - Mr Asif (Kashmir), Mr Nitin (Samba, Jammu), Ms Deepa and Ms Lalita from (Nainital, Uttarakhand). We are grateful for the encouragement and motivation by Sir! Happy to share that the trainees of the Front Office Associate (FOA) Training Program had the opportunity to participate in a Kitchen Tour and Exposure Visit at KFC Sanatnagar, Srinagar. The FOA Training Program is a CSR initiative of IHCL, certified by Tata STRIVE and implemented by REACHA in Srinagar. The trainees actively participated in the kitchen tour and showed genuine interest in understanding fast-food outlet operations, kitchen processes, food safety, hygiene practices, quality standards, order management, and the teamwork involved in delivering a consistent customer experience. It was an engaging and valuable learning experience, giving the trainees practical exposure to food-service operations beyond the classroom and helping them understand the importance of discipline, hygiene, teamwork, and quality in the service industry. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Nisar Shafi, Restaurant General Manager, KFC Sanatnagar, for supporting this initiative and facilitating this valuable learning opportunity for our trainees. Learning beyond the classroom creates experiences that stay with us.

REACHA will be collaborating with Six Senses Vana - A Wellness Retreat, Dehradun to promote health, wellness and life skills among school students and youth through structured guidance and Yoga & Wellness skilling, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The main objectives being - - To promote health and wellness among students through structured guidance and learning. - To provide Yoga & Wellness skills training to selected youth. ·- To support holistic education and life-skill development in alignment with NEP 2020. - To create awareness and build sustainable health and wellness practices among students and youth.
