Kitchen Tour and Exposure Visit

Happy to share that the trainees of the Front Office Associate (FOA) Training Program had the opportunity to participate in a Kitchen Tour and Exposure Visit at KFC Sanatnagar, Srinagar.

The FOA Training Program is a CSR initiative of IHCL, certified by Tata STRIVE and implemented by REACHA in Srinagar.

The trainees actively participated in the kitchen tour and showed genuine interest in understanding fast-food outlet operations, kitchen processes, food safety, hygiene practices, quality standards, order management, and the teamwork involved in delivering a consistent customer experience.

It was an engaging and valuable learning experience, giving the trainees practical exposure to food-service operations beyond the classroom and helping them understand the importance of discipline, hygiene, teamwork, and quality in the service industry.
