One of our trainees from the Retail Training Program - Shabnum Bano got placed at Vishal Mega Mart. She recently got promoted to Senior Associate position and was awarded the Best Employee of the Month.

IIFL Foundation and REACHA with the on ground staff team in Kashmir not only focus on skilling the youth, but majorly focus on post training market linkages and help trainees to find livelihood opportunities that can be taken up by them.
