Updates from Kashmir 30 Oct to 1st Nov 2025 -

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported training centers at Kupwara, Uri and Boniyar. 

1) Roshan Mustaqbil Kupwara - HQ Team interacted with parents of trainees, trainees, trainers, Indian Army. F&B and Guest Service Trainings are underway at RM. 

2) Uri - Fashion Designing (Weaving) and Chef Bakery Trainings are underway. This location is right next to the border. IHCL's support in collaboration with Indian Army is playing a very important role to strengthen the youth of this region. 

3) Boniyar - Team organized Kashmir Cultural Event - Ruh-e-Kashmir. Senior officers from Indian Army, SP Baramulla, Tehsil Baramulla, SHO Police etc were some of the key dignitaries present at the event. Certification Ceremony of the students who successfully completed the Tata STRIVE aligned training also took place. 

REACHA is grateful to IHCL's support and vision to upskill the youth of Kashmir. We are also grateful for constant support and guidance of Indian Army. These trainings are getting the youth ready for the market, and also as business owners to cater to the hospitality industry of Kashmir. 

All the IHCL supported programs are in tough terrains of Kahsmir. Therefore, these present a very unique opportunity for the youth in these far flung areas to get market aligned training, along with industry exposure through these trainings.
