Study on - Integrated Tourism-Led Livelihood and Infrastructure Assessment for Vibrant Border Villages in Chamoli District, Uttarakhand

REACHA is happy to kickoff the Study on - Integrated Tourism-Led Livelihood and Infrastructure Assessment for Vibrant Border Villages in Chamoli District, Uttarakhand. Team will extensively be working in Chamoli District over the next few months, and will be taking up primary survey and field level research under the Guidance of Shri Narender Singh Bhandari (IAS). Research team is led by Senior Researcher - Dr. Chandreyee Das Maam.

Chamoli district occupies a strategically important position along India's northern frontier with Tibet (China) and contains some of the country's most significant border settlements under the Vibrant Villages Programme.

Team also presented the UK Skill Gap Study to Toursim Department. The Study commissioned by SETU Aayog was recently concluded and published.

We look forward to building on the momentum to strengthen Uttarakhand.
