Story of REACHA in Kashmir with Indian Army since 2016.
An attempt to come up with a unique model of implemnetation with stakehoolders - Indian Army, Corporate CSR, Government, Academia to strengthen the communities of Kashmir.
This effort and attempt comes under the Army's larger effort called - Operation Sadbhavana - which is to meaningfully engage and skill the youth so that they have a chance to get ready for livelihood opportunities to not only support themselves but also their families!
