Late Sri JC Pant (IAS Retd.; 1961 Batch; Former Secretary GoI) was deeply committed to Sustainable Development of India throughout his career as an IAS Officer (1961 – 1996), and as Founder Chairman REACHA (1992 – 2023), a Voluntary Organisation/Non- profit/NGO he founded in 1992 along with like-minded Civil Servant, Scientists and lovers of India.
