REACHA would like to sincerely thank Genpact for its consistent support since 2018 to our efforts in the development of Kashmir in partnership with the Indian Army. As expressed by the Army, this support has and continues to play a transformative role.We are happy to share that this partnership will continue in the coming year 2023. The main goal in 2023 would be:

• einforcement of ongoing efforts in Baramulla

• Setting up a new printing SHG in the local community that will help in generating income for the locals

• Scaling up the ongoing training / efforts to another Aspirational District - Kupwara

REACHA looks forward to this support and partnership with Genpact, all aligned with the Indian Army's broader goal to help the people in local communities of Kashmir by bringing in better training and job opportunities.
