REACHA Kashmir team in action - Mobilization of Trainees for IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported program - Hospitality Training and Beautician Training - Kupwara and Baramulla. 

These are strategic interventions that aim to strengthen the communities of Kashmir. Team is closely collaborating with Indian Army for these.

Mobilization is one of the most important aspects of any intervention. 

- Team has to cover areas from where youth can come to centers, 

- Areas where youth need such interventions

- Areas that need upliftment through skill development 

- It is also important to assess that youth part of the training are serious about it and would be regular. 

- Youth want Placement and Market Linkages
