Projects through IBM SkillsBuild to solve real world challenges

Some testimonials from youth who showcased their projects on which they have worked hard through the year under IBM SkillsBuild at the Uttarakhand Tech Summit 2025 by REACHA at ITI Niranjanpur, Dehradun. 

These youth actively have been learning on SkillsBuild. 

During the Uttarakhand Tech Summit 2025 - youth got an opportunity to showcase their work in front of IBM CSR team, Government Senior Stakeholders (DSDE, UCOST and SETU Aayog), College Faculties and youth. 

REACHA team has been trying to go deep with the youth so the program can effectively empower them, and can help them with their careers as they prepare to embark on their journeys in job and entrepreneurship market, making SkillsBuild intervention very catalytic and force multiplier.

At the end of the day it is the voice of youth and community which is the most important to make any social impact initiative generate positive outcomes. 

During the summit REACHA has attempted to make the voice of youth reach the most important stakeholders in the state who can now further guide and support to motivate the youth to further develop these projects and prepare them for the market.
