We are proud to share the positive impactful journey of FY 2025–26 at the Genpact Skill BRIDGE Lucknow, UP Centre. During the financial year FY 2025-26 the team successfully trained 200 youth, from underserved and from economically weaker section of the society, in IT upskilling and employability skills in line with NIELIT aligned curriculum, and out of these 134 youth have been successfully placed/self employed in organizations across sectors such as MNCs, BPOs, Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, and other service industries.
Along with industry-relevant training, students received NIELIT certification - country's premier Institution for examination and certification in the field of Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT).
What makes this journey truly special is that it began with door-to-door community mobilization, where our team reached out to youth and families, created awareness about the program, conducted counselling sessions, and motivated youth to pursue career-oriented training.
The successful execution of this initiative was made possible with the valuable guidance and support of the Genpact CSR Team, Ms. Neha Prakash, IAS - Director, Employment for Government of Uttar Pradesh, and Mr. P. K. Pundir, Additional Director of Employment Director, who supported the program at every stage, from Rozgar Sangam initiatives to employment portal facilitation, placement support, and encouraging and motivating the trainees.
Another Highlight of the year was continuous support from Genpact Volunteers, who on a continuous basis came to the Skill BRIDGE Center and imparted Industry aligned sessions for the youth. The trainees also got an opportunity to visit the Genpact Office in Lucknow, to get a first hand experience of how an industry set up looks like.
Trainees of Genpact Skill BRIDGE Program were recognized and awarded their Job Offer Letters by Honorable - Cabinet Minister for Labour and Employment, Uttar Pradesh - Shri Anil Rajbhar Ji in the presence of - Principal Secretary, Dept of Labour and Employment, Dr. M.K. Shanmuga Sundaram, IAS, Director, Employment, Mrs. Neha Prakash, IAS, Secretary, BoCW, Ms. Pooja Yadav, IAS, Additional Labour Commissioner, Ms. Saumya Pandey, Additional Director, Employment, PK Pundir on 30th March 2026 at Employment Department Office in Lucknow UP.
