October 25, Chinar Nau Jawan Club, Boniyar, Jammu and Kashmir 

Placement Drive conducted under The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported Food and Beverage Service and Chef Bakery Training Programs at Boniyar in collaboration with Indian Army for the youth of Kashmir. 

A total of 110 youth from our programs participated in the interview process. 

Following Employers took part - Sarovar Hotel, ICICI Prudentials, SBI life Insurance, Igloo Solar, Barbecue Nation - Joined Virtual, Career Launch, Hotel Marzina bites and brews. 

Very important mandate for IHCL Programs and REACHA Training is to ensure market linkages and gudiance to youth post Tata STRIVE aligned trainings.

Goal being to not only upskill the youth, but take them towards livelihood enhancement.
