Learners, Faculties, Skill Development Departments of States, IBM Volunteers, IBM CSR Team all came together at one place and reflected and celebrated the journey of learners!

We are grateful to IBM Volunteers Sri Ram Pisupati Swatilekha Nayak who took out time on a Saturday evening - 29 March 2025 to come and motivate the learners. 

REACHA team has taken up efforts towards connecting SkillsBuild learners with employability opportunity in house. Mentorship sessions set up by Praveen Prabhakar for these learners across India, have added immense value have given learners market insights. 

IBM Volunteering truly shows dedication which not only motivates the learners, but all of us as they come forward and go above and beyond to contribute.
