Interns in Action - University of Kashmir and REACHA Collaboration -

As part of REACHA’s Collaboration with the University of Kashmir, students from the Department of Social Work are currently undertaking their internships with REACHA under the Nokia -supported Smartpur Project.

These young professionals are actively engaged in ground-level interventions, working closely with the Smartpur team across communities. Alongside field exposure, interns are also being supported through daily data management classes, enabling them to strengthen skills in documentation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Through this hands-on learning approach, interns are gaining first-hand experience in stakeholder collaboration, field reporting, budget utilization, monitoring & evaluation, and community engagement.

At REACHA, we strongly believe in nurturing future social sector leaders by bridging academic learning with real-world practice. We are proud to mentor and support these enthusiastic interns as they learn, contribute, and create meaningful impact.
