IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Supported Programs Pan India in Action with REACHA as implementation partner

With what started as a small intervention in Kashmir, has grown into a country wide nation building effort under the leadership and guidance of Madhu Jain Maam. 

1) Kashmir 

- Beautician Training and Hospitality Training to youth of Baramulla and Kupwara. Two aspirational districts classified as per NITI Aayog Official. Team is also closely collaborating with both District Administrations and Indian Army.

2) Arunachal Pradesh 

- Homestay Host Training to youth of Tezu. This is a far flung remote geography in the east. There has been a substantial shift in thinking of youth through this intervention. Youth who were earlier hesitant and could not imagine to move out of state are actively pursing opportunities pan India. Team works in close collaboration of District Administration Tezu and NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India. 

3) Manipur 

- Homestay Host and Hospitality Training in collaboration with Assam Rifles in Pallel. Another tough geography where team is working to uplift the youth. 

IIFL Programs are testament of visionary leadership of Madhu Maam and her team to skill and give opportunities to youth in remote and difficult geographies so they can earn a livelihood for themselves and their families.
