IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supported Homestay Host Training Program in Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh with support of NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India

- On 12th March 2025 Youth underwent Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council aligned assessment. 44 Trainees have given the assessment after the training. 

- Mr. Bachuliang, trainee from our first year received appreciation letter for his performance at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited Kufri

- Post the assessment, the team has been counselling and guiding the students for placement opportunities and next steps 

- Total 14 students gave their interview, 3 for Front Office, 4 for Housekeeping and 7 for F&B service department. 

- Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited has given placement offers to all the 14 students after the interview across their Alleppey, Kodai Lake, Corbett and Nanital locations. REACHA team now would guide them for joining and next steps. 

IIFL Foundation supported intervention under Madhu Jain Ma'am is pushing the envelope in northeast. The team is at it, to empower the youth of northeast (in line with Prime Minister's and Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region's vision), so that they get ready for the market and to generate income.
