Hospitality Chef Training Project, Kupwara Kashmir 


26-07-2025: The hospitality chef trainees went on an industrial visit to Shady Oaks in Srinagar. The visit gave trainees firsthand exposure to real-time kitchen operations, food presentation techniques, and customer service standards followed in a professional hospitality setup.


Trainees interacted with the executive chef and the kitchen team, that demonstrated various culinary processes including hygiene practices, food safety measures, and time management in a high-pressure environment. The trainees also observed the coordination between different departments that ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
