Honorable Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Sh. Manoj Sinha had a quick visit to Roshan Mustaqbil Kupwara on 15th October 2025.

The centre currently has over 690 youth enrolled, who are building a better future for themselves and the society.

He also visited The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) Project at Roshan Mustaqbil Kupwara being implemented by REACHA. 

RM offers classrooms for competitive exam preparation, digital learning and computer labs, a library and reading room, tourism and hospitality training facility, and also entrepreneurship incubation with market linkages. The youth centre has turned out to be a place for amalgamation of sports, Kashmiri culture and modernity of outlook for a brighter future.
