Genpact CSR Skill Bridge program, in partnership with REACHA

On 25th August 2025, Genpact, under its CSR initiative, launched the Skill BRIDGE Program in Lucknow with REACHA as the implementation partner.

This initiative will empower 200+ youth (18+ years) with industry-relevant IT training, sessions led by Genpact volunteers, and dedicated career support to enhance employability. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT) is the assessment and certification partner.

The inauguration was graced by:

- Ms. Neha Prakash (IAS), Director of Employment, Uttar Pradesh 

- Mr. Ghanshyam, Scientist, NIELIT 

- ⁠Ms. Rachna Chugh and Ms. Sutanuka Ghosh from Genpact who shared Genpact’s mission and vision for youth empowerment.
