Exposure Visit - IHCL Kupwara Project

On 06 August 2025, trainees from The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) supported Housekeeping and Food & Beverage program at Roshan Mustaqbil Kupwara under guidance of Indian Army visited Lemon Tree Hotels, Srinagar, for an industrial exposure visit. The trainees gained hands-on experience in hotel operations. The Housekeeping team demonstrated room upkeep procedures, linen management, and cleaning techniques, while the F&B team showcased service styles, table settings, and guest handling practices.

The visit provided the trainees with valuable insights into real-time operations and enhanced their practical understanding of industry standards. All the trainees expressed their gratitude to IHCL for supporting this exposure visit and market aligned learning experience.
