Convocation at IIFL Foundation Supported Front Office and Food & Beverage Training Institute at Pallel, Manipur under Guidance of Assam Rifles , and implemented by REACHA

IIFL Foundation, REACHA and Assam Rifles felicitated Batch 2 graduates at the Front Office and Food & Beverage Service training programme with Certificates and Offer Letters at the Convocation Day ceremony in Manipur on 10th September 2026 at the Sangai Auditorium at Pallel Garrison.

The ceremony was attended by 120 people, including trainees, Assam Rifles Members, IIFL Foundation and REACHA Teams, Parents, Guests and other stakeholders. The day and was graced by three key dignitaries: Mrs. Madhu Jain, Founder Director, IIFL Foundation, Brig. Robeen Chatterjee, DIG, 26 Sector, Assam Rifles; and Mr. Nikhil Pant, CEO, REACHA.

Since inception in July 2025, 200 youth have been trained at the IIFL Foundation REACHA Manipur Training Center, and out of them 126 youth have been placed across various Hospitality Brands all over India.

The project is enabling Manipur's youth to get skilled and get ready as per market requirements even during difficult circumstances.

The proceedings were addressed by Mrs. Madhu Jain, Brig. Robeen Chatterjee, Mr. Nikhil Pant. Mrs Madhu Jain laid down strong emphasis on IIFL Foundation’s commitment to strengthen the youth of Northeast, and motivated and encouraged the youth as they gear up to start their placement journeys.

“This day is especially meaningful. Hearing so many positive outcomes from the Manipur Centre reaffirms the importance of building an ecosystem where young people can learn new skills and find real opportunities,” said Mrs. Madhu Jain, Founder Director, IIFL Foundation, who also thanked Assam Rifles for going the extra mile to support the programme.

“Pallel has always been a place where people from different communities have lived together peacefully,” said Brig. Robeen Chatterjee DIG, 26 Sector, adding that he takes great pride in seeing trainees from the centre now working in major cities across the country.

“Stay focused on your goals and keep working consistently” said Mr. Nikhil Pant, CEO of REACHA, encouraging the trainees to continue working hard and to remain honest in their efforts.
