8 July 2025 - REACHA HQ Team at Chinar Boniyar, Kashmir for Monitoring and Evaluation Field Visit

The team interacted with Chef Bakery, and F&B Training Students - Year 2.

The training is supported by The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), under guidance of Indian Army with Tata STRIVE as certificate and assessment partner. 

This year focus is to not only to train the youth from local communities but to also get them ready to start an enterprise. 

This IHCL supported project is playing an important role in strengthening the communities of Kashmir (District Baramulla and around) and getting youth ready to further strengthen the hospitality industry.
