IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation supproted Beauty and Wellness Training in collaboration with Indian Army (19 Artillery Brigade) with assessment partner - Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council. 

Certification Ceremony at Chinar Yuva in presence of Indian Army and owner of VLCC Baramulla. This marks an important day in professional lives of the trainees. 

Many trainees are already freelancing and have started generating income, and more will take a step towards starting their livelihood journies. At, REACHA with support of IIFL Foundation under guidance of Indian Army we reamain committed to continue to be part of trainees journey even beyond the training period. 

REACHA has a very deep connect with Chinar Yuva - which was initiated by Indian Army with REACHA as Implementation Partner in 2016. This is where REACHA's journey in Kashmir started almost a deacade ago.

Beauty and Wellness training is one of the most popular programs in the local area, and together with Indian Army, IIFL Foundation is strengthening the local women and communities of Baramulla.
