28 March 2025 - Imperial Auto Industries supported ITI Upskilling Project - Faridabad

77 ITI Youth were presented certificates by dignitaries such as SDM Ballabhgarh, Shri Trilok Chand, Mr. Bhagat Singh, Principal and Nodal Officer, GITI Faridabad, Mr Bhutani - ex principal and industrialist, Col PK Sharma - Secretary Faridabad Industrial Association, Major Ravinder Associated NCC officer ITI Faridabad, Mr Pramesh Pandey from Imperial auto among other important stakeholders. 

These youth were from Women ITI, Faridabad (COPA Trade), and NIT Faridabad, Machinist Students. This was for successful completion of On Job Training of 150 yours with Imperial Auto's Guidance as required by the ITIs.

The dignitaries shared their motivational words with the youth and also engaged in round table discussions with REACHA team with reflections and suggestions for further strengthening the program outreach and impact in coming times. 

A job fair was also organized in partnership with the Government ITI and the industry was represented by 13 companies and over 200 students appeared for the interaction. Outcome will be shared soon.

This year the team with Imperial Auto's support scaled the project to NIT ITI Faridabad, ITI Old Faridabad, ITI Pali, ITI Uncha Goan, ITI Fatehpur Billoch and have taken the efforts to 150+ youth.

The program is becoming a case study for multistakeholder engagement - Corporate (Imperial), Government and Academia (ITIs), Non Profit (REACHA), and Local Community (Youth of Faridabad) effectively implementing the CSR initiative of Imperial Auto.
