24.10.2025 - Manipur IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation Supported Front Desk and Homestay Host Training in collaboration with Assam Rifles for the youth of Manipur.

Closing ceremony of the first phase of the Front Desk Office and Homestay Host Training Programme for local youth at Pallel Garrison, Kakching District, was conducted on 24 October 2025. This Project is supported by IIFL Foundation, with Tata STRIVE as Assessment and Certification Partner, and implemented by REACHA Organization.



The initiative with support of IIFL Foundation is empowering youth through Skill Development and Employment Generation in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector — a key avenue for sustainable livelihood in Manipur. Candidates from Tengnoupal, Kakching and Chandel Districts successfully completed the first batch. 



Assam Rifles is playing an important role at every stage of the project — from identifying the need for local capacity building to providing operational and infrastructural support for implementation. 



Placement outcomes have been encouraging with candidates selected for Pride Plaza-Ahmedabad, Park Inn by Radisson-Surat, Sterling at different locations, few awaiting results from Hyaat Centric Goa and Mahindra Holidays Hotels. 



Through such initiatives, the IIFL Foundation, Assam Rifles, and REACHA continues to reaffirm its commitment to promoting peace, development, and self-reliance among the local youth of Manipur, strengthening the bond between the Force and the communities it serves.
