Genpact supported Skill Bridge Program - Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 

Our CEO Nikhil Pant made a field visit to the center where he interacted with all the trainees of our batches 5 and 6. The entire goal of team REACHA has been to work consistently with the youth of Uttar Pradesh to guide and motivate them so that they can be ready in line with the market requirements. The team takes journey of every trainee seriously, as each trainee has their own story and joruney. 

We are also grateful to support of Employment and Training Department Uttar Pradesh and guidance of Neha Prakash Ma'am to strengthen the initiative.
