Industry Exposure Visit for the trainees to Genpact Lucknow Office. 

The trainees first hand got to see how a corporate office looks like, interacted with Genpact Employees/Volunteers who guided and walked them through the industry experience. The visit helped the trainees to visualize how the market/office setup looks like for the first time, for which they are getting trained at the Center. Industry aligned training and assessment along with these exposure visits is enhacing their understanding!
