The team is working in Jotsoma/ Shokhuvi Village, Chakabama Village, Kikruma Village, Sakhabama Village, Medziphema Village Team is closely working with 200+ trainees across these remote locations for our SIDBI supported Enterprise Development Program. Our CEO - Mr. Nikhil met with the team yesterday to discuss the progress. Team is committed to strengthening the communities of Nagaland and Northeast. Today visited Assam Rifles camp at Chakabama and our KURA enterprise at village Kikruma. Youth are energised and motivated to drive change and build a stronger India 🇮🇳!!
- IIFL (India Infoline Group) Foundation and REACHA - Classes Begin for the new batch in Manipur!
The team is back with a new batch of trainees - Industry Aligned Training for Front Office and F&B at Pallel, Manipur. We look forward to closely working with the youth of Manipur to stregthen them. The project is being implemented under guidane and in collaboration with Assam Rifles. Pictures from New Batch that has recently started in Last week of April 2026.
- “Green Roots, Clean Lives – Together for a Drug-Free Future”
27th April 2026 - REACHA, under the Nokia Smartpur Project, came together with the District Administration, Forest Division Kulgam for a meaningful plantation drive and awareness on drug addiction. “Green Roots, Clean Lives – Together for a Drug-Free Future” More than just planting saplings, this initiative was about planting responsibility, awareness, and hope within our communities. Conducted in collaboration with the Forest Division Kulgam under the Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyan, the drive reflected our shared commitment to building a healthier environment and a stronger, drug-free society. The entire REACHA Kashmir team stood together on the ground, contributing not just effort, but belief in a better tomorrow!
- Cadence supported intervention - Introducing and Promoting Coding/STEM learning as part of National Education Policy.
Coding Competitions are an integral part of the program where we bring together different schools together. In FY 2025-26 students from Government Schools came together for these competions (glimpses shown below) Total Number of Projects Created: 55 + Number of Schools Participated in Project Making: 6 Types of Projects: Innovative design, using coding and the robotics project. We look forward to building the momentum in the coming FY and bring in more new innovations to strengthen the schools of Pune!
- REACHA team participated in Regional Agricultural Conclave held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on 24 April 2026:
Key pointers that emerged from the day are as follows - Main Strategy- A. Mitigation of use of harmful fertilisers. B. Start and build upon the the campaign for the Kisan Credit Card C. Strengthening the creation of the Farmer ID D. Integrating farming for small farmers. - Focus on strengthening regional agricultural value chains and farmer-centric innovations - Participation from government departments, research institutions, and FPOs. - Discussions on climate‑resilient farming, soil health improvement, and sustainable input management - Emphasis on digital agriculture, precision farming tools, and data-driven decision support - Showcasing successful models in horticulture, dairy, fisheries, and integrated farming systems - Policy dialogue on MSP reforms, market linkages, and improving agri‑logistics infrastructure - Special sessions on FPO capacity building, credit access, and agri‑entrepreneurship - Deliberations on expanding rural digital services and strengthening extension systems - Focus on women farmers, youth engagement, and skill development in agriculture - Commitment to collaborative action between state departments, research bodies, and private partners for regional agri‑transformation Dignitaries Present- -Honorable Agriculture and Rural Development Minister- GoI, -Honorable Chief Minister- GoUP, -Honorable Agriculture Ministers- UP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. - Other Senior Bureaucrats of all states. During Conference team met the Agricultural Minister-UP Honorable Shri Surya Pratap Sahi ji, and discussed about our project Smartpur in Barabanki and Share the book written by our founder and book of Nokia Smartpur.
- Meeting with NIMA (Nashik Industrial Manufacturers Association)
Team met with the President of NIMA to share about the REACHA Work. We provided a detailed orientation on the Nokia Smartpur Project, covering its implementation across 11 states (12 locations). Team also plans to organize a CSR Workshop and Training in collaboration with NIMA soon in Nashik, Maharashtra. Team also presented WARASA-7 Booklet created by founder of REACHA.
- SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India) supported Enterprise Development Program Implemented by REACHA in collaboration with Assam Rifles in Kohima, Nagaland.
Glimpses from Bamboo Craft Training at Medziphema Village, Nagaland. Technical training was imparted to community members under the SIDBI supported program. The trainees have shown great seriousness and motivation and have come together to form a Multipurpose Primary Cooperative Society. The registration and the support to kickstart the enterprise is being provided and facilitated by the SIDBI supported Intervention. Through the intervention in collaboration with Armed Forces - Assam Rifles and SIDBI Support - team is strengthening the last mile in Nagaland.

- Plantation Drive in Kashmir
Team, in collaboration with the Department of Forests, organized a mega plantation drive in the Nick Naar area of Sukhnag Forest Range on the outskirts of Sitharan (remote village located in the Khag block of Budgam district, Jammu and Kashmir, near Tosa Maidan.), under the Nokia Smartpur Project. The event saw the successful planting of nearly 75 saplings, fostering greener landscapes and promoting sustainable practices among participants. A brief drug de-addiction awareness session was also conducted to empower the community.
- Week of 13th April 2026 - Nokia Smartpur in Kolar District, Karnataka
The team updated and briefed Kolar Zilla Parishad CEO Shri DR. Praveen (I.A.S) regarding the intervention. The team will be closely working with their office to stregthen the communities in Kolar through Smartpur intervention. The team went to Kangandlahalli and Doddavalagamadi Panchayat and engaged with the community members, farmers, PRI Members. Team is committed to strengthening the last mile through Smartpur in Karnataka.

IIFL (India Infoline Group)  Foundation x REACHA with Indira Gandhi Government College, Tezu  and NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India  Journey Over the years..Key Highlights • Since FY 2023-24 – team has trained 320 trainees in Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh at Indira Gandhi College, Tezu. This is near border location in northeast • Trainees are from following tribes and background- Kaman, Taraon and Edu Mishmi, Adi, Khamti, Sighpho, Bihari, Nepali • Trainees come from following areas -Khoraliang, Danglat, Demwe, Pomliang, Loiliang, Kathan, Wakro, Medo , Guna nagar, Chongkham, Namsai • The program has had significant positive impact. Has recieved appreciation from CM Arunachal Pradesh, DC Lohit, MLA Lohit, Principal IGGC, NCC Officers • 60+ placement Linkages Pan India for the trainees at hotels like – W Goa, Sterling etc. • Homestay Linkages 3 – Facilitated strengthening of 3 homestays of local community members. • All Trainees have completed the industry aligned curriculum and certification • Students are provided exposure to visit Homestay Host to get insight of the Hospitality industy. • Organized Interaction of the trainees with; Col. V.K Chauhan, Adjutant officer of 22Ap NCC Battalion, Mrs. Dibro Cathrine Boo District Tourism Officer (DTO) of Lohit District, Ms. Aditi Chetry, alumna working at The Lake Palace Hotel Alleppey, Alumna, Manager of TBT Resort •From FY 2025-26, Ms Resma Gurung from batch 1 have been placed to W Goa, a five star property located in Goa. And Ms Nikita Pathak and Ms Ritu Sharma from batch 2 have been placed to Mahindra Emerald Palm, also a Five star property located in Goa. •Ms Subani Meyor from Anjaw dist. have been selected for the Government loan to start up her own Homestay. •Program highlighted by honorable Chief Minister Arunchal Pradesh, and MLA Tezu All was possible because of the vision of Madhu Jain  Ma'am and IIFL Foundation Team. We continue to look forward to strengthening Northeast India wth her guidance and vision!
